What we collect
When you send an enquiry, we collect the name, company, email address, telephone number, project location, project details, and preferred contact method you provide. We also collect aggregate analytics data about how the site is used.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare quotations and send documents you request, and to follow up on active projects. With your consent we may also send occasional product or technical updates. We do not sell or rent personal information to third parties.
Who handles your enquiry
ABI is part of the AIS Group. Enquiries are handled by the group sales team, which may share your details with the AIS Group company best placed to help with your project, only for the purpose of responding to you.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are retained for as long as needed to service the enquiry and any resulting project, and thereafter in accordance with our records-retention practice.
Your rights
Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and you may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time. Contact sales@afi.com.ph.
How enquiries reach us
Enquiries made through this website are either composed in your own email application and sent by you, or delivered to our sales team by a third-party form delivery service used only to transmit your message and filter spam. If you prefer, you can email us directly at sales@afi.com.ph.

This site does not set tracking cookies. We use privacy-preserving, aggregate analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) to understand how the site is used; it does not identify individual visitors.
